Yes folks, we've actually built something thats not XC trails and its made of wood! The last slats were screwed down on Sunday, however its just the beginning of a much longer section to come. So just give us another ten years and we should have at least twice as much done by then. There's even an outside chance that the jumps line could be something close to rideable in the next year or so. Well, in actual fact its rideable now, and riding sweet thanks to Neil Kirby and his imacculate digger driving and jump building expertise. In all seriousness though, BIG thanks have to go to Jason and the "New Devon Army Crew" for the huge input and fundraising that has helped get things moving. New Devon Army

One of our guys has had his bike nicked by some thieving scum. It went missing from Exeter University between 8am and 2pm on Thursday. Not heard any news on it as yet, so if anyone has seen it around town or on the trails please get in touch. As always with these things, the loss of the bike isn't just a loss, its punishing. Not everyone in this world is minted and losing a bike can mean the difference between being able to ride or not, such is the case with this steed. I hope they get found, hung, drawn and quartered. W*nk@rs!

There's more trail building going on up the hill this Saturday 12th in case anyone feels like chucking a spade around. Masses of work has been done so far by the teams of volunteers that have been meeting up for the Saturday build days, hopefully this will continue and we'll end up with a great network of quality trails that everyone can feel proud of. Your help is hugely appreciated, so please, if you can, come along and get some mud on those shoes.
